System Notice

Tomorrow, on 12th june we will be having a short outage of 10 minutes between 5am and 6am nz time. We need to replace some important equipment. We'd like to note that the machine being replaced has ran for over 5 years without a glitch and has never even experienced a reboot..

New Features

NZ Couriers auto labeling system now integrated!
Customers have to get through a process with NZ couriers to set it up, but once that is done they point the software at the SecureFTP /despatchIT/

"Wedding list" feature now available with in our shopping cart.... for all you gift stores out there...

Training Options

Our training videos are currently being updated with our New CMS layout plus we will be videos for recently added features. We will let you know as soon as they are made live.

Our original videos are still available to help you setup your website, or shopping cart, or payment options. Please note these videos show the old look and feel CMS and we are slowely upgrading the videos.

Tips and Tricks

Linkedin gets hacked / Phishing Warning

Yes LinkedIn did get hacked, and potentially you have lost control of your account. But beware the motivations of those who warn you by email.

Beware of emails that appear to be from LinkedIn regarding changing your password. If you want to change your LinkedIn password, please do so within LinkedIn main website.

Do not follow link in emails, because they may not be from LinkedIn, and in the process you may give some hacker your password. This is what is known as phishing...

As a general rule, never follow a link in any email that involves logging in to a website. Always enter the address yourself, via your browser address bar, or using your favorites...

If your account was actually hacked, then to regain control, go to LinkedIn website and follow their directions to give you a password reminder. Any emails that turn up in your inbox as part of the process you are initiating, are more likely to be from the correct sender, than emails that turned up without you requesting a password reminder service.
