Terms and Conditions of Website World Giveaways and Competitions ('promotions'):
By entering the promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.Entry is free, no purchase is necessary.Entry is open to New Zealand residents only who are at least 16 years of age.
Website World reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
Website World reserves the right verify entries and disqualify incomplete, altered, illegal or illegible entries.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed.
Website World is not liable for any person’s inability to complete entry, and no responsibility will be taken for technical, telecommunication or website errors – proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated on the giveaway or competition.
Winners of timeline giveaways on Facebook will be notified on Facebook by a post on the page or a direct message where appropriate. If an app has been used, then the winner will be notified by the email they used to enter with.
Website World's decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
You may be asked to provide photographic evidence to authenticate your ID.
No prize draws, promotions or competitions are in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Media Entity.
Prizes must be claimed within 5 calendar days or the prize is forfeited.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
Personal information provided by entrants will not be sold or forwarded to any third party. Your information is safe.
The names of winners will be published on this website.
Website design and hosting package terms:
Our website design and hosting package includes:
- Premium business grade SSL web hosting for (1 year)
- Professional web design or makeover (20 hours)
- Package does not include domain name registration or transfer.
Hosting fees are non refundable. You will receive our Premium Business Grade SSL Web Hosting for one year only. There will be no refund for any unused portion should you choose to cancel or no longer require your website.
You must notify Website World two weeks prior to your hosting anniversary date via email if you want to change plans, failing which we will not be obliged to make any changes.
You are required to pay for the costs of any excess traffic on your domain name, and to change to a higher hosting plan in anticipation of a prolonged traffic increase if it exceeds your Premium Business Grade hosting plan.
Website World is not responsible for any loss of income or any other loss, direct or consequential, suffered by you as a result of down time or loss of your website, caused by:
- suspension of your hosting for failure to pay your fees on time
- attacks by hackers,
- crash of your server, or
- for any other reason which is outside of the control of Website World.
At the end of your one year annual hosting period you will be responsible for any running or administration costs for your website.
All fees are charged in advance, with statements posted at the end of the calendar month. You must pay all fees charged to your statement prior to cancelling your hosting, even if you have not yet received the statement.
